YOQI Meditation is based on the technique of mindfulness (insight) meditation. Mindfulness meditation emphasizes an equal cultivation of concentration, awareness and loving kindness through body-sensation-emotion-mind training.  Building upon a firm foundation of mindfulness, YOQI meditations include Daoist energy circulation practices such as the microcosmic orbit, the 6 healing sounds and the inner smile. Meditations begin with 5 minutes of gentle warm ups for the spine.
