The YOQI Training Course is an Online-Immersion program designed to be done at your own pace. The complete YOQI Training Course has three core modules: MODULE 1: QIGONG FUNDAMENTALS, MODULE 2: YOQI YIN and MODULE 3: YOQI YANG

Module 1: Feel your QI – QIGONG FUNDAMENTALS

A YOQI training program is designed to give you an experiential and theoretical understanding of Qi. Module 1 follows classical Qigong training principles of Qi regulation through the Six Phases of Qigong Flow. The system clearly defines the phases of a Qigong practice, which gives you the freedom to be creative while adhering to traditional and safe energetic principles.

The Online Course is divided into 2 parts. Part 1 is the Introduction Series. Part 2 is the Six Phases of Qigong Flow: Attune, Purge, Tonify, Grow, Circulate, and Store. The Module 1 program is meant to be practiced in order, beginning with the Introduction Series.

The main goals of YOQI QIGONG FUNDAMENTALS Module 1 Course is that you will learn:

• Fundamental, well-known, and effective Qigong theory and practice.

• How to build a firm foundation of body-based awareness in your lower dantian

• How to be an active participant in the state of your energy

• How to design your own Qigong Flow routine using the Six Phases of Qigong Flow

Module 2: Move your Qi - YOQI YIN

Module 2 builds on the foundation practices of Module 1 by moving into deeper states of awareness while holding postures. Yin yoga is a contemplative and quiet floor based yoga that targets the connective tissues, fascia and bones. The YOQI Yin sequences follow Six Phases of Qigong Flow and prepare the body’s flexibility for Module 3.

Module 3: Move your Qi - YOQI YANG

Module 3 builds on the practices of Module 1 & 2 by integrating energy, mobility, strength and flow. YOQI Yang is the most dynamic and heated style of practice that is done mostly standing with some floor postures and meditation. The YOQI yang sequences follow Six Phases of Qigong Flow and are comparable to a hatha yoga vinyasa class.
